The Bravura Strings Ensemble consists of members of the Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra and gifted students of the Bravura Youth Orchestra. The Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra has won the 2nd prize in the American Prize Award for Orchestral Performance. It has been praised for its “… luminous performance with tremendous energy level ...” A salient feature of the ensemble is its diverse repertoire, which includes timeless classics, popular Broadway arrangements, and multi-cultural music.

The Lyra Flute Ensemble is from the Greater Philadelphia. Each Lyra member contributes a wealth of expertise and musical personality. When brought together, the result is an ensemble that is uniquely refreshing and sparkling. This scintillating group of flutists will bring a joyful multicultural program of music from Europe and Asia.

Elivi Varga is from Philadelphia. She teaches flute and chamber music at the Settlement Music School, maintains a private flute teaching studio, and performs as a soloist and chamber musician. She received a DMA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007.

Anna Meyer is from the greater Philadelphia area. She holds music degrees from the University of Cincinnati, OH and Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, MD. She also performs as part of the Meyer Duo with her organist husband.

Ellen Fisher-Deerberg is principal flutist with the Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra. She is on the faculty of the Westminster Conservatory of Music in Princeton, NJ, and also teaches privately at her home in Columbus, NJ. She has been featured as a soloist with the Bravura Philharmonic and the Delaware Flute Orchestra.

Kristin Bacchiocchi-Stewart is owner and founder of The Flute Academy in Bergen County, NJ, and has served on the faculties of Union College and the Peabody Conservatory. She received a Doctor of Musical Arts Degree from the Peabody Conservatory.

The Bravura Saxophone Quartet consists of outstanding students from the Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts. Individual members have performed in the State Theatre in New Brunswick and in Europe, and have won the concerto competition and soloed with the Rutgers University Orchestra.
